Ashok has a B. Tech (Hons.) degree and M. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He has over 33 years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions and has extensive experience in Process Improvement, Software Measurement Program, Internal Process Audits and External Audits/Assessments. Ashok is a SEI Authorized Instructor for Introduction to CMMI V 1.2 Training and a Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser for CMMI Based Appraisals. He is also a Certified Lead Assessor for ISO 9001, Tick IT, SPICE and a Senior Assessor for EQA (European Quality Award). Ashok currently heads the CMMI consulting practice at Nihilent and has led a number of CMM and CMMI Appraisals in India and abroad including Level 5 organizations. Prior to Nihilent, he has worked for organizations such as Zensar Technologies. He has presented papers at a number of national and international seminars. Back |
