Business Analyst
Skills & Experience
- Expertise in domain such as banking, telecom, insurance or manufacturing
- Facilitate team and client meetings
- Exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
- Pursue creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices & client mindsets
- Conduct effective progress evaluations in a timely manner
- Suggest areas for improvement in business processes with possible solutions.
- Lead internal teams/task forces
- The candidate should be a subject matter expert in the respective domain with a minimum experience of 1 years
Main Responsibilities
- Identification of customer, business and technical requirements and Justification of the requirements in business case terms
- Analyzing the requirements to ensure that all risks are addressed, opportunities are taken care of and the correct solution is specified
- Analyzing and documenting the associated business rules to manage all solutions being specified
- Assisting enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
- Understand project processes and work within the project environment to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure timely progress reporting to all stakeholders

- Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

Qualification: B.E. + MBA in any stream is mandatory
