Our Enterprise Transformation practice has strong capability in ensuring success and sustainability of complex enterprise-wide transformation programmes. The work conducted in the practice spans full spectrum of activities involved in creating implementable strategy for our clients: Articulating the strategic vision, customer and market propositions, developing process capability, information capital, human capital, and organizational capital; analysis and design of client's operating model; planning the transformation model; coaching/preparing the organization leadership to direct the transformation programme; implementing the programme and ensuring the sustainability of the transformation, with a firm handle on change management.

Job Description

Our consultants play the following fundamental roles: Intent Management Consulting- Create a mindset for learning and define a learning agenda tied to the business goals and encourage individuals to learn and perform better; Content Management Consulting- Facilitate capture of Tacit Knowledge from suppliers, customer and internal experts and acquire competitive, customer and business intelligence; Action Management Consulting- Apply the learning and thus changing the way in which the organization performs, and; Performance Management Consulting- Re-aligning individual goals with organizational goals, assessing and analyzing performance based on clearly defined metrics.

The key responsibilities will include managing projects, shaping/leading an engagement, taking ownership of a large work-stream, managing client relationship on a day-to-day basis, scoping and leading existing/new business opportunities.

Skills and Experience required

A post graduate (e.g. MBA) qualification is essential, specialization in finance preferable
Experience of leading corporate level special projects
A track record of strong project delivery essential.
Excellent communication skills – fluency in both written and spoken English essential.
A strong teamwork ethic with an ability to work collaboratively.
Intellectually capable of developing and holding peer level relationships at all levels of the client’s company.
Highly capable critical thinking, interpretative and analytical skills. A focus on results and possess a flexible ‘can–do’ approach.
A willingness to learn, grow and stretch in to new roles and different industries.

Banking Domain Expertise

The aspirants must have experience in banking, either in the form of managing line responsibility or around special projects around business areas such as -

Retail Banking: Transactional Products, Cards, Home Loans, Vehicle Asset Finance
Business Banking: Account Management, Current Accounts, Collections & Payments.
Credit: Appraisals for Retail and business customers, Credit Rating, Credit Risk Management.
Operations: KYC, Cash, Clearing and Settlement, Exception Handling, Reconciliation, Risk and Compliance, liaison with Visa/Mastercard
Sales & Marketing: Channel Management, Promotion & Campaigns, Cross Selling, 3rd Party Management.

Note : All Consultants need to be fully flexible in terms of assignment location as roles may involve time away from home during the week at short notice. We offer an excellent remuneration package: flexible benefits & bonus dependent on the candidate's competency, skills and level of expertise.
