Demag India Deploys SE and PM Tools
Demag Cranes and Components (India) has deployed a strategy execution and performance management tool.
The tool will enable Demag to get a holistic and balanced view of business performance at all levels and align key performance measures with the organization's vision and strategy.
The company asked Nihilent to deploy its LAMAT tool for the same. It is also for the first time that Nihilent has deployed the LAMAT tool for an Indian company.
LAMAT is a comprehensive strategy execution and performance management tool that provides everyone in the organization with a holistic view of the company's strategies and helps them understand how their role impacts the overall performance.
At its core, LAMAT uses the Balanced Scorecard Concept for the purpose of performance measurement. Competency Assessment System (CAS), a module of LAMAT helps calibrate the competencies of individuals and provides the organization with a well-defined development approach to bridge the gaps.
