A postgraduate in German and a Graduate in Computer Science, Karuna has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and is responsible for delivery of software services in the new technologies. She has special skills in program and project management, dealing with demanding customers and users, handling large teams, working on crisis projects setting up and bringing to steady state with productivity improvements large offshore centers and delivering quality every time on time using industry wide best practices. Before joining Nihilent, Karuna was associated with Zensar Technologies where she established the offshore dedicated Center for a large UK-based Shipping Company and with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Project, Quality and Product Delivery and Management.
