Managing Performance, the Nihilent Way
It has been a great year for Nihilent. Since most of its clients are based in the UK and South Africa, it was saved the blushes arising out of the Dollar depreciation. Also, the company is quite happy about the response to its performance management tool, Lamat.
"We, so far, have six clients for Lamat in the Mumbai/Pune belt. The tool has received good feedback from all the clients, especially from the SME segment," says LC Singh, president and CEO, Nihilent.
The performance management tool complements the MC 3 framework and uses the balanced scorecard concept for the purpose of performance measurement. "The best thing about the tool is that it gives a holistic view of the company's strategies and helps them understand their processes, and they can formulate strategies accordingly," says Singh. Nihilent is also working on another management product that will set the customer service index for different industry verticals. "We are currently working on the product and will announce the index in the coming days. Post that, we will provide services and consulting around the index,", says Singh.
