The State of Madhya Pradesh has been awarded the 'Best e-Governed State Award' at the prestigious Computer Society of India (CSI) and Nihilent e-Governance Awards for 2008-09. The awards for e-governance initiatives during the period April 1 2008 to March 31 2009 were announced at a grand function held at the 44th Annual Convention of CSI at Pune. A book titled “Fostering e-Governance: Compendium of Selected Indian Initiatives" from this year’s awards was released on the occasion. Read more
