The year saw Nihilent reinventing itself as a consulting player specializing in change management. Incidentally, the company patented the MC^3 change management framework for this purpose, and bagged SBI and IndusInd Bank as its Indian clients. Other domestic successes included four clients deploying its electronic feedback gathering system, CFS. Going ahead, the company intends to have an IPO sometime next year.
