Job Profile
The position’s main focus is to identify, analyze and communicate business requirements with the intention of ensuring that appropriate solutions in the respective domain are delivered to market
The analysis work is focused on business issues with respect to IT solutions, identifying needs, analyzing and documenting the needs, describing the business rules required to address the needs, documenting the specifications and communicating to business for agreement and technical for delivery.

- Experience of testing Windows Software Applications / Database applications produced

- Experience of Bug Tracking Tool using Quality Centre, Test Director
- Testing Technology Certification would be added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities
- To work with Testing team to assist with the preparation of Test Scenarios, Scripts, and Cases
- To ensure high quality and accuracy throughout the software release
- To assist Testing team on usage of Automation Tools during Automation testing
- To provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist Test Manager in preparation of master test strategies, overall test approach, test roles, responsibilities, resource requirements and deliverables
- Automate, maintain and execute different types of tests on Windows, the web and

- Design and automate test scenarios to a sufficient standard ensuring they are robust,
- uncomplicated and straightforward to maintain

Experience: 3 - 10 yrs
Skills: Must have working experience on at least two Hogan development or enhancement assignments. He should also know other mainframe technologies such as CICS, DB2, IMS DB/DC, VSAM and JCL.
Work experience on any one of the CIS, CAMS, IDS, ILP applications would be an added advantage.
Must have performed a high-level technical role as a designer for major computer applications utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
Has worked on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. May act as project/team lead.

Experience: 2 – 12 yrs
Skills: Must have performed role of a technical consultant with more than 4 years of overall development/Implementation experience and at least 2 years in T24/Globus application.
Banking domain knowledge will be an advantage. The candidate should have excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Exposure to data migration, upgrades and implementation projects will be an added advantage.
Functional consultant must have more than 6 years of banking experience and at least 2 years of consulting/implementation experience in T24/Globus. Should have been involved in producing functional specifications on a number of previous projects. Will be required to produce business requirements, documentation, and GAP analysis.
