Rajat Chauhan, is a Master of Science (Mathematics) from the Delhi University. With over 24 years of experience spanning across sales, marketing, delivery, and operations for software and services in domestic and global markets, Rajat has significant knowledge of business processes such as F&A, HR, Procurement and facility management.
Rajat currently designated as the Vice President, Sales and Marketing is responsible for accelerating Nihilent’s growth across markets through consulting opportunities in existing and new clients spanning across varied sectors such as Banking, Media, Government and Telecom industries. As a meticulous, practical planner and an adept facilitator, he is also responsible for aligning the organization to deliver business results, building strategic partnerships, improving customer satisfaction with Nihilent deliveries, integrating operational procedures and supporting systems.
Prior to joining Nihilent, Rajat was the country head of Tieto India where he was credited to initiating the transformation of Tieto India from a delivery center to P&L center. Has also had an immensely successful stint with IBM, India from 1997 to 2010 where he led a number of projects in India and globally. He was key in managing large Telecom accounts in US and India, he led global delivery direct sales team in Nordic, he managed global program to leverage global delivery in IBM’s existing and new accounts.
Prior to IBM, He has also held important positions with FUJITSU ICIM INDIA where he was responsible of substantially growing business for the company in UK, Netherlands and Belgium.
