Ravi is an Electronics Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Allahabad and an MBA from School of Management, IIT Bombay with specialization in Manufacturing and Technology Management.
He is a Senior Associate Vice President and Country Manager for Nihilent’s India operations. He has over 15 years of consulting experience and heads the company’s Enterprise Transformation Group. His team provides consulting services to global organizations in the areas of Strategy Execution, eGovernance, Learning, Innovation, Knowledge and Performance Management.
Ravi has led a number of projects worldwide at State Bank of India, Sasol, Tata Teleservices, GE, Kellogg, Nedbank, Barclays Bank, South African Revenue Services among others in the USA, UK, Japan, South Africa and India. Ravi has helped organizations to execute their strategy using tools such as Balanced Scorecard, Process Redesign, ERP, CRM, CAD/CAM and GIS using IT products such as Siebel, SAP, Microsoft and Intergraph.
He has spoken at various management conferences around the world such as Knowledge Management Africa, Institute of Management Consultants of India, Bombay Chambers, Computer Society of India, etc. He has taught Knowledge Management at the WITS Business School in South Africa.
He is a student of ontology and has completed his curriculum for living from Landmark Education.
