Sundaresan holds a Masters degree in Electronics Engineering and has over twenty-seven years of IT Industry experience. He specializes in consulting assignments for the financial sector and has an in-depth knowledge of various forms of Clearing Systems, National Securities Settlement and Depository operations including Risk Management, Custodial Operations, and Real Time Gross Settlement Systems (RTGS). He has extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle processes, SEI CMM processes, Quality standards and state-of-the-art solutions / technologies. He has good experience in setting up Data center operations, and Information Strategy and Technology planning. He has worked for client organizations such as SIS - Switzerland, SWIFT- Belgium, STRATE- South Africa, CDS- Canada, etc. Sundaresan currently heads the Testing practice at Nihilent for clients like Absa (member, Barclays Group), Standard Bank, among others.
