Vineet Bahal holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications, and a Bachelor's degree in Science. He has 16 years of experience in IT consulting and software development. He has extensive experience in Program and Project Management, especially in leading very complex projects especially in leading very complex multi-vendor, multi-location and multi-technology projects and initiatives across a number of business domains. He specializes in integrated frameworks for process, people and technology solutions, targeted at business process and technology improvements and optimization. At Nihilent, Vineet has essayed various roles ranging from Practice Head and Group Leader to Project Manager/Leader to Solution Architect and OO Consultant. He has headed a number of consulting assignments for large customers such as South African Breweries, South African Revenue Services, SASOL and P&O Nedllyod amongst others. Prior to Nihilent, he was associated with organizations such as Zensar Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and A F Fergussons in different roles, ranging from Practice Head and Group Leader to Project Manager/Leader in multiple business domains.
