  • Qualifications:-

  • Minimum of 15+ years overall IT industry experience.

  • Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Information Security Design and Architecture:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design Information Security solutions tailored to meet their needs.

  • Develop architecture, technical specs, and implementation plans for InfoSec solutions.

  • Provide expertise in areas such as InfoSec, Data privacy - GDPR, GRC & cloud security.

  • Provide expertise in On-Prem security tools, ISO-ISMS/QMS and ITGC.

  • Strong knowledge of various Security Strategies, Framework, Architecture, and design.

  • Incident Response Management, Security Awareness, TPRM, Audits and Assessments.

  • Implementation and Deployment:

  • Spear head multiple implementation and deployment of InfoSec project & solutions, ensuring they are delivered on-time, secure, and optimized for performance.

  • Collaborate with, multiple stakeholders, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of security practice projects with Lean and Strong team.

  • Consulting and Technical Support:

  • Being a subject matter expert, providing guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams & sending regular advisories on various security awareness practices.

  • Assisting on complex Infosec, data privacy related issues and provide timely resolution.

  • Conduct knowledge transfer, awareness, and training sessions - internal staffs and clients.

  • Improving overall security posture for clients and Internal organisational.

  • Being a CISO and owning risk register, BCP/DR plan across multiple offices & projects.

  • Security and Compliance:

  • Implement security measures and ensure compliance aligned with industry standards.

  • Design and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols for Nihilent IP, applications and data (On-Prem and Cloud).

  • ISO27017 – Cloud Security Frameworks, CSP

  • MSSP - Good understanding and implementation of the same for multiple clients.

  • ISO27001 & 27018 – Data Privacy Frameworks.

  • GDPR – Developing and implementing privacy programs.

  • Risk Management & Regulatory compliance on cloud security.

  • Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information in the face of evolving cyber threats.

  • Proposal, Documentation and Reporting:

  • Experience in Proposal writing – RFPs / RFI

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, templates, tracker, toolkit of all projects, implementations, architectures, and changes.

  • Weekly, Monthly and Project based tracker and reports for management and clients.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Extensive experience in Information security, with a focus on consulting and improvement of InfoSec Practice.

  • Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.

  • Evaluate new services and features to enhance existing practice and drive innovation.
