LC Singh is a distinguished alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. A pioneer in the field of information technology, he performed key roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). At the time of leaving the company, he was the Senior Vice President, in charge of operations for UK, South Africa, and the Middle East. In addition, he also looked after marketing, public relations and brand building. He briefly worked with Zensar Technologies as President and CEO. He founded Nihilent in 2000.

In a short span, Nihilent has emerged as one of the most creative consulting and IT companies in India. LC is the author of Nihilent’s patented change management framework MC³. LC is a Fellow of The Institute of Management Consultants of India (IMCI) and Computer Society of India (CSI), and a certified Due Diligence Professional (CDDP). He is an internationally recognized thought leader on design & systems thinking, and an invited speaker at global conferences on Design Thinking, Change Management, and Digital Disruption. He scripted and produced the movie ‘Banaras, A mystic love story. He continues to be a student of ontology and epistemology.

Minoo D Dastur, a Chartered Management Consultant with post-graduation in Business Management, is a Co-founder of Nihilent. He also serves as an Executive Director on Nihilent’s global board.

With senior executives in the Nihilent management team, he also consults at a strategic level on issues such as strategy implementation, balanced scorecards, metrics and measurement, organizational alignment, performance management, apart from being actively involved in reviewing and managing the large software delivery projects. He has a keen interest in continually re-evaluating software and services delivery as an engineering science and has been deeply involved in evolving a flexible delivery model which adapts best practice in each discipline to unique user requirements while adhering to the strictest principles of quality management.

His driving passion is excellence & innovation, which is a common thread among all Nihilentians and powers Nihilent’s ability to produce a delivery model that evolves, over time, for each customer and provides the customer with a uniquely tailored fit. Beginning his career in the Information Systems industry in 1983, he has worked in most aspects of the systems development and consulting businesses and was intimately involved in the management and execution of several mega-projects.

Between 1986 and 2000, Minoo had an extremely successful stint with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He headed the company’s Corporate Banking Group and was a key player in the evolution of the banking and financial services business. In the mid-nineties he established TCS’ operations in South Africa and negotiated a joint venture with South Africa’s most active IT business group – Dimension Data, which has a global footprint. He was also responsible for establishing the Corporate Marketing group for TCS.

Minoo has served as the National General Secretary of the Institute of Management Consultants India and has also been an international referee. He is an active member of the IEEE, the ACM, the BMA, the CSI, and similar associations and is closely involved in steering the prestigious Indian e-Governance awards jointly with the CSI. He is also the Chairman of the Indo-South African Chamber in India.

A Chartered and Cost Accountant with a Masters in International Business from IIFT Delhi, India, Shubho has over 25 years of experience in international business, finance, and allied activities in the telecom, IT and ITES sectors. Before joining Nihilent, Shubho was associated with NIIT Technologies Limited as Controller – International Accounts. He has headed various successful assignments, both in India and overseas during stints at NIIT Technologies, Samsung, Usha Martin, Modi-Telstra and Haldia Petrochemicals.

Vineet Bahal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s degree in Science. He has close to 30 years of experience in customer-centric technology and business consulting, product and platform engineering, and ecosystem solutioning. He specializes in integrated frameworks for technology, process, and people solutions, targeted at enterprise transformation. He has extensive experience in program management, leading complex multi-vendor, multi-location, and multi-technology projects and initiatives across several business domains.

As COO, Vineet oversees the group’s global operations with a strategic focus on new areas and practices. He was earlier Managing Director of Nihilent Analytics Ltd., before which he headed Nihilent’s Southern Africa operations. He has essayed various roles ranging from Practice Head and Group Leader to Project Manager to Solution Architect and Technology Consultant, and has been instrumental in setting up new practices in fintech, mobility, converged communications, and digital media. Before joining Nihilent, he was associated with organizations such as Zensar Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, and A F Fergussons in different roles, ranging from Practice Head and Group Leader to Project Manager in multiple business domains.

Cdr. Das Mallya (Retd) heads the Global Human Capital & Resource Management Group (RMG) at Nihilent. He is in charge of managing the entire gamut of HR activities, including talent acquisition, talent management, manpower planning, development of Human Capital, employee engagement and resource management across geographies of India, US, UK, Australia and South Africa.

Cdr Das, a PG Diploma in HR and Operations from IMT Ghaziabad, and a certified Strategic Human Resource professional from IIM Ahmedabad, has over 22 years of diverse experience including management of weapon systems, strategic and perspective planning, administration of large personnel organizations.

At Nihilent, Cdr Das has comprehensive experience in developing HR and Personnel procedures, service standards and operational policies, planning and implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the unit in a multi-functional environment across the globe. He is adept at team dynamics, organizational development, maintaining relations with employees across all hierarchical levels in the organization. Also, during his stint as Head of HR, Nihilent Africa, Cdr Das has been instrumental in recruiting South African citizens and launching much respected internship program.

Atalanta has over 20 years of experience in diverse roles in Consulting Industry – Management Consulting, Digital and Technology, in geographies extending to South East Asia, India, Australia, Japan and China. He comes with a track record of C-suite advisory, envisioning business transformation, leading major client engagements and building great teams. Prior to joining Nihilent, he has worked in various leadership positions with leading consulting companies like HCL, TCS and Accenture. Atalanta drives global sales and business development at Nihilent and is passionate about unlocking the trapped value for our clients. With a keen interest in technology and digital, he has a strong focus on supporting and enabling clients to maximise their business potential through the adoption of new technologies and agile solutions, add value to their business and facilitate growth. He holds his post-graduation in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Technology and bachelor’s in Industrial Production engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Chris Chapman’s professional career in Australia spans 40 years, commencing as a lawyer, subsequently holding senior management positions across broadcasting, internet, broadband and infrastructure investment companies, being the Chief Executive of Sydney’s Olympic Stadium, and was the inaugural Chairman and Chief Executive of the Australian Communications and Media Authority, Australia’s Federal regulator for broadcasting, telecommunications, spectrum and the internet – a role he discharged with distinction for a decade.

Today he serves as the Chairman of a number of organisations and companies of considerable variety, including the London-based International Institute of Communications (the first Australian to be appointed to that role). Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from the University of New South Wales, and is a graduate of the Harvard University Business School’s AMP programme.

Rahul is responsible for secretarial compliances at our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and a bachelor’s degree as well as a post graduate degree in commerce from Marathwada Mitra Mandal College of Commerce, Pune. He is a qualified company secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has more than 16 years of experience in secretarial field. Prior to joining Nihilent, he has worked with Hitech Plast Limited, Pune – a listed company, as an Assistant Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Abhay holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune and a Master’s degree in Technology specializing in Production Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He has close to twenty six years of experience in the IT industry covering complete spectrum of activities in Software Development. Besides, he has special skills in Project Management, Requirement Engineering and Software Development Methodologies.

Abhay is responsible for ensuring continuous enhancement in the technical competence of Nihilent and the alignment to market needs in addition to assuring deployment of a technical infrastructure in delivery management. Abhay has executed technology intensive projects for customer’s like Dimension Data, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft Corporation, Delphi, Information Business Solution, Scottish Life Assurance Company, Nedbank, Capital Bank, Tandem Computers, Cyanides and Chemicals in various countries including USA, UK, Germany, Australia and South Africa.

Milind has over 21 years of extensive experience in financial transformation, zero-based operations, ERP design and implementation. Before joining Nihilent, Milind served as an Associate Director at Accenture, where he played a crucial role in managing ERP-led finance transformation projects. His experience includes working closely with SI team to design and implement ERP & Ecosystem solutions such as S/4 HANA, ECC, BL, Cadency and High Radius across various regions. Milind has worked with esteemed organizations such as General Mills India Pvt. Ltd, PerkinElmer India Pvt. Ltd, Pall India Pvt. Ltd, Larsen and Toubro InfoTech Ltd, Eshan Minerals Pvt Ltd and R.L Group. He has comprehensive knowledge of various business scenarios like ETO, MTS, and MTO and their impact on various OTC, PTP, and RTR business processes.

He is a certified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Delhi and MBA.

KV Sridhar, aka Pops has worked and has contributed to organizations like Leo Burnett, Lowe Lintas, Lowe India, Lintas India, Sapient Nitro to name a few. Before joining Nihilent, his last stint was as the Founder and Chief Creative Officer with Hyper Collective Creative Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

KV Sridhar has over 37 years of experience working at the intersection of creativity and technology with a demonstrated history of working in marketing, advertising, and technology industries. He is skilled in Advertising, Concept Development, Digital Marketing, Experience Design, Content Creation, Art Direction and Creative Strategy.

He has contributed towards building many iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, Thums Up, Limca, Bajaj Auto, McDonald’s, LG, HDFC Life, Unilever, P&G, Marico, Nestle, GM, Colors, Fiat, Fair & Lovely, Whisper, Tide, Jet Airways and many more.

KV Sridhar has won many awards, both Indian and International including the prestigious Cannes Lions on multiple occasions. He has won a record 23 Cannes Lions, over 100 international and 300 Indian awards, honored with New York Festivals Creative Achievement Award in 2010. He was also inducted into the ”Hall of Fame” of Asian Advertising and Marketing Legends by Campaign Asia. Conferred ”Hall of Fame” by DMA Asia in 2019. Chosen as Nat Geo’s ”Mega Icon” in 2018.

K V Sridhar is also a TEDx speaker and deeply committed to the issues concerning the girl child, he has been working with UN and Population First for the past 15 years to influence content creators to be sensitive on gender issues.
