Nihilent Australia Appoints Gavin Solomon as Special Advisor

Nihilent Australia Pty Ltd (Nihilent Australia), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nihilent Limited, is a global consulting and change management company that uses a human-centred approach to problem-solving, it is pleased to announce the appointment of Gavin Solomon in the capacity of Special Advisor to the Company.

Before joining Nihilent Australia, Gavin recently ceased being an Executive Director of PrimaryMarkets Pty Ltd, Australia’s No 1 Trading Platform for unlisted/private securities he founded in 2016. Owing to a potent and long career of over 35+ years, Gavin brings his expertise and network in business development to Nihilent Australia, including his strong relationship in the Australian, Asian, and USA Equity Capital Markets, growing the horizon for Nihilent in varied sectors.

He was the Founder and Managing Director of Helmsec Global Capital, a pan-Asian ECM house, which raised over A$1.7B from 2008 to 2015.
