Facility will deep dive into understanding the needs, wants and aspirations of customer

Pune, India – 16^th August, 2017: Nihilent Technologies Limited, a global consulting and solutions integration company inaugurated its ‘User Experience Laboratory’, at its extended facility at Weikfield IT City Infopark, Pune, in the presence of Padma Bhushan Dr. F.C. Kohli, who is widely regarded as the Father of Indian IT industry. Comprising world-class state-of-the-art infrastructure such as ideation studios, interview and observation rooms that capture emotion with advanced technologies, this facility provides role-based experience to users across all lines of business. The lab enables blending the perspectives of design, engineering, user experience and marketing to deliver innovation.

Organizations are striving towards engaging their customers right from the conceptualization of their products and services. Infrastructure dedicated to integrating customer centricity is the need of the hour, which Nihilent’s new lab seeks to address and take user experience to the next level . The lab will be led by a select team of design thinking experts, data scientists, engineers and management consultants, and is equipped to deliver leading-edge solutions to businesses across different industries.
