The company’s platform has been deployed in multiple countries cutting across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. This platform plays a key role by bridging the digital divide and facilitates financial inclusion among the unbanked mobile subscribers by offering services such as bill payments, wireless airtime top-up among others.
THE BUSINESS CHALLENGES & IT ALIGNMENT
The company was looking at developing a system to assist MNO (Mobile Network Operators) and banks to deliver financial services to the unbanked population. With its service platform, the company has partnered with leading telco operators in various parts of Africa to roll out its first-ever and highly successful mobile money deployment.
